Ms. Rosetta C. Billups, founder, President, and CEO of REMSA, Inc., is a Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) with over 40 years experience in efficiency management, reliability engineering, multidisciplined logistical coordination, financial administration, and research and development. Ms. Billups has provided corporate oversight, management oversight, and quality assurance/quality and value-stream control for a wide variety of projects over the 23 years following establishment of her business.
Although she was born and raised here in the Hampton Roads area, her professional experiences have taken her from coast-to-coast; and from these experiences a more global approach to problem solving was forged. Never content with the status quo, Ms. Billups has continually demonstrated her ability to maximize her company’s efforts by adapting to changes in her professional community. It was this regional community that nominated her for “Engineer of the Year” based on her distinguished record and achievements, as well as contributions to the community at large. In addition, Ms. Billups has spent a great deal of time working in engineering, consulting and management with the private sector, higher education, and most specifically, all levels of government.
